April 1st 2009 - our 6th 'face lift' in our ten year history sees a brand new, lighter aussiehome.com site, brand new logo and look.

We have embraced moves in social media and trends online, with the addition of a Property/Lifestyle Blog, all new alerts and our very own locally-produced TV show taking centre stage.

The site currently has over 9000 listings , from 165 real estate agencies in WA and Vic, and attracts 330,000 visitors a month (90,000 unique visitors). It's come a long way in 10 years. Thanks to you and your support!

1. Property/Lifestyle Blogs - take part, read and make a comment, over time this resource will be a large searchable database of ideas and comments on all things property and property-related. Subscribers to 'Myaussiehome' (the new alert system) can also post new blog topics themselves. Free exposure for you! Get blogging!

2. Our own TV show- embedded within our site, in conjunction with LocoTV.com.au, the 3rd episode (featuring various aussiehome clients, staff and Perth places) is now live. You can view this, and the previous episodes. Ten more episodes will be released over the coming months. You can be on TV!

3. All new Alert System ('Myaussiehome') - log in and manage your own alerts, favourite searches, read blogs, view the TV, save information, contact us. It's your own version of your favourite real estate web site.

Now the new site is up with all these new features, we'll be turning to the back-end area and totally redoing this ('Client Zone'). New charting will also appear soon (very funky), and if you ever have any suggestions, we'll be more than happy to receive your great ideas and comments - as always.
